Empire Cinemas and G-T-P to Launch Prepaid Film Card

A new Empire Cinemas Film Card will be appearing across Empire Cinemas in October. The new Film Card, which will be launched in partnership with G-T-P Group Ltd, gives film-lovers the chance to give the gift of film this Christmas.

Film fans will be able to purchase the cards online via www.empirecinemas.co.uk and at the till point across all 17 of the Empire Cinemas, with both standard and Christmas-themed carriers available. Customers will also have the option to purchase a metal film reel gift tin, turning the card into a quirky gift.

The Film Card can be used to purchase tickets online and in the cinemas themselves, both at the counter and via touch screen ticket kiosks and can also be used to purchase consumables in the cinemas such as drinks and pop corn.

What makes the Film Card really unique is that it is designed to be a reusable card as well as being given as a gift, and regular cinema-goers will be able to top-up their cards online, at the till point and on touch screen kiosks across Empire Cinemas.
