G-T-P has been processing PC World Businessplus account applications via CAPTURE™ since December 2007 and the PC World Businessplus Account Card launched in February 2008.
"I have been working with the above organisation, and in particular William Wilson, for the past two years from the concept of the “We Want a Card” scheme right through to the preparation for the big launch.
During this time I have worked with and met several people from the G-T-P organisation and I have to say that they are all consummate professionals, who will go out of their way both personally and professionally to help their customers. At the start of the project, G-T-P worked with the Financial Director and myself to ensure we knew exactly what we wanted to achieve, and to help put together the business case by calling on their previous experience.
G-T-P has now become less like a supplier and more like an extension of the team at DSGi Business. They have worked tirelessly to understand the intricacies of working with a large group such as DSGi Business and also the importance of ensuring they have key stakeholders through out the business. I met their Managing Director, Helen Child, as part of the fact-finding and evidence gathering for the initial part of the project, and we have only ever had to call upon her once when the project was delayed. This was not due to the fault of G-T-P but that DSGi Business and DSGi Group did not have the ability to work at the agile pace that they could.
It would be wrong of me to say that everything has been smooth sailing, as with any big project things aren’t always as easy as we think they will be at the beginning, hence why G-T-P helped us with a phased integration that fit in with our peak trading times and could help resolve any issues our colleagues found within store.
The "We Want a Card" scheme will be the single biggest investment we will have undertook in the last two years, and the excitement and anticipation is certainly mounting within DSGi Business. I have every confidence that the scheme will prove to be the most successful proposition we will launch and that is down to one thing - team work from both sides."
