The AllSaints Gift Card proved that changing processors is possible.
| Edgy designer clothing brand AllSaints brought the processing of their Gift Card back into the UK, when G-T-P took over the handling of all their Gift Card transactions in July 2009.
The move to G-T-P, who took over the contract from a US-based processor, gave AllSaints increased flexibility to be responsive to the changing market and their fashion-forward customer base. Following the success of the Gift Card in the UK, G-T-P also launched the AllSaints Gift Card in the "There’s often a misconception that changing Gift Card service providers can be a costly, lengthy and complex process," comments Helen Child, G-T-P’s Chief Executive. "AllSaints have proven that moving their Gift Card processing over to G-T-P was in fact a straight-forward and smooth process, that has been completely invisible to their customers." With a young and fashion-forward target audience, G-T-P will also be working with AllSaints in the near future to introduce a range of innovative card propositions, including a loyalty programme that enable AllSaints to get to know their most avid customers. |
