York ALLParts Trade CardThe AllParts Trade Card makes purchasing easier for YORK customers.

 YORK International, a division of Johnson Controls introduced the YORK AllParts Customer benefits programme in May 2005.

“The objective of the scheme was to make it easier for our UK customers to use our product and service offerings," comments Andrew Topliffe, Product Manager for York International. "We also took the opportunity bundle a number of added value services, as well as a loyalty element, to the scheme. This enables us to say thank you to our most loyal customers through a rebate scheme.”

Existing customers were introduced to the AllParts scheme through a direct mail campaign – G-T-P sent all customers a personalised card - followed by a telemarketing campaign. G-T-P also utilised their telemarketing department to assist in increasing the UK customer base and to encourage YORK’s customers to spend more through credit limit management.
